We then get in touch with you quickly with the price of your project and how to transfer your files.
3. Payment
Payment is made upon agreement.
4. Implementation
The job is done by our skilled and experienced team. Deadlines are adhered to.
5. Delivery
Completed work is delivered via email to the client on time.
Regarding payment...
A 50% deposit will be required for new clients before commencement of transcription job. Full payment is expected upon receipt of completed transcript. An invoice will be sent along with the transcript. For long-term and ongoing projects, you will be billed bi-weekly for work completed to date and payment is expected within 10 days of receipt of invoice.
