How do I send my audio files?
Click Order Now on the top-right of the website and fill the form. Upon submission, we’ll send a secure link to upload your files.
What kind of audio and video formats do you accept?
We work with all audio and video formats.
How will my transcript be returned to me?
After we transcribe your file, we will return the transcript via email.
What happens when the quality of the audio sent is not up to the mark?
In case the audio recording or file is not audible enough to guarantee 98% accuracy, ABC Transcription will notify you immediately. Despite this constraint, if you decide to go on with the process of transcription, we will put our best effort to provide you the desired result. Certainly, it will not match our quality standard, but our aim is to satisfy our clients to the fullest.
Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement or confidentiality agreement?
ABC Transcription follows a strict policy of not sharing client information, but if the client requires signing a non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement, yes, we will upon review.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. GMT+3. Turnaround times are based on business days (Monday through Friday). For example, a 24 hour TAT submitted on Friday at 3:00 pm will be available the following Monday by 3:00 pm. Exceptions can be made for extreme emergencies at an extra charge.
When and how do I pay for the transcription?
A 50% deposit will be required for new clients before commencement of transcription job. Full payment is expected upon receipt of completed transcript. An invoice will be sent along with the transcript. For long-term and ongoing projects, you will be billed bi-weekly for work completed to date and payment is expected within 10 days of receipt of invoice.
Do you offer translation services?
Yes, we do. We offer translation services for these languages currently: English, Luganda, Runyakitara (Runyankore, Rutooro, Runyoro, and Rukiga), and Swahili.
