Cancellation Policy
The client is allowed one hour to cancel and get fully refunded once payment is made.
ABC Transcription does not guarantee a full refund one hour after payment because at that point, work is well under progress. In case work on the client’s project already began and the client requests cancellation, the client will receive the partially completed work/product (transcript/document/minutes/captions/subtitles) and be billed for that. The client will then be refunded for the rest of the uncompleted work.
Refund Policy
If for some reason, the client is not satisfied with his/her transcript and thinks it falls below the 98% accuracy rate and it was good audio, client has one full month to notify Daniel Amanya/ABC Transcription so that it can examine the discrepancy.
ABC Transcription shall consider refunding based on the following criteria.
- The client must prove the document falls below the 98% accuracy mark in case of a transcript.
- The client must prove that client-specific guidelines were not followed.
- The client must prove that captions and subtitles don’t follow industry best practices or their quality was under par.
- The client must prove that documents, audios, videos were not rightly translated.
